Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. invites a PFA Engineer Intern to join the Yield Enhancement team for a 3-month full-time internship. You will learn failure analysis methods on memory devices, image defects, and assist root-cause analysis while completing a focused project and presenting outcomes to the team.

Training covers safe lab operation and data-driven reporting. You will work under a mentor, prioritize tasks in the YE PFA queue, and gain exposure to AI-enabled analysis tools to speed up

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS/MS in EE, MSE, Physics or related field.
• Strong lab and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with data tools and basic scripting helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support physical failure analysis investigations in YE.
• Isolate, expose, and image defects in memory devices.
• Summarize findings and present results to engineers.
• Complete an internship project within 3 months.
