Job summary

Kinder Morgan is seeking a Terminal Technician to handle petroleum products safely and in compliance with HSSE standards at our New Jersey facility. The role requires the ability to operate and maintain terminal equipment, follow complex procedures, and work with contractors and project teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18+ years old and pass pre-employment checks.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb heights up to 50 feet.
• Basic computer skills in Excel, Word and Outlook are expected.
• 2 years pipeline or oil/petroleum experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow HSSE and operational practices and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain terminal equipment and 24/7 operations.
• Log information using computers and complete safety permits.
• Calibrate equipment and maintain product integrity.
• Interface with Project Managers and contractors as needed.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs.
