Job summary

Kinder Morgan is seeking a terminal operator to manage safe handling of petroleum and liquids, monitor inventories, and train on site. You will follow health, safety, security and environmental practices 24/7 and operate pumps, valves, and related terminal equipment.

You will inspect equipment, log data, work with contractors, and ensure compliance with government regulations while maintaining product integrity and safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Must have two years of pipeline/oil experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and fluency in English.
• Ability to read diagrams and understand electrical/mechanical schemes.
• Knowledge of pressure control devices and valves is required.
• Comfort with using Excel, Word, Outlook and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow EHS and operational practices and procedures.
• Operate pumps, valves, forklifts, and related equipment safely.
• Maintain, inspect, and monitor terminal equipment 24/7.
• Prepare and maintain inventory documentation and quality checks.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and drivers.
