Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a skilled Tank Maintenance Technician to install, service, and remove petroleum tanks and equipment at our Noblesville facility.

You will troubleshoot equipment, deliver fuel as needed, and ensure strict compliance with safety regulations while maintaining clear records. Ideal candidates hold a CDL Class A/B with HazMat endorsement (or ability to obtain quickly), strong mechanical knowledge, and a detail-oriented, independent work style.

Qualifications

• CDL with clean driving record and HazMat endorsement or ability to obtain quickly on hire.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Detail oriented with strong prioritization and paperwork accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with safety-focused mindset.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Install and set petroleum tanks and equipment, and remove tanks as needed.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair related equipment.
• Deliver fuel as required and operate assigned vehicle safely.
• Follow all safety rules, regulations, and laws consistently.
• Maintain customer communication and provide good service.
• Complete paperwork and records promptly; perform routine maintenance.

Job DescriptionPosition Overview: This position is responsible for the maintenance of our petroleum tanks. This role will be responsible for fixing any issues that may arise with a tank and ensure safety rules and regulations are followed in accordance.Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Install and set petroleum tanks and equipment as well as provide removal of tanksAnalyze, troubleshoot and repair equipmentDeliver fuel as requiredUnderstand and safely operate equipment and vehicle assignedConsistently follow all laws, regulations, and safety rulesProvide excellent customer serviceMaintain positive communication with the supervisor and customers as neededProperly complete necessary paperwork and recordsPerform general maintenance and housekeeping of equipment, building, and groundsAssist with other duties as assignedSkills and Qualifications:Class A or B CDL with acceptable driving historyHazMat endorsement or ability to obtain quickly upon hireMechanical knowledgeAbility to obtain required certificationsDetail oriented and ability to prioritizeAbility to work independentlyProficient verbal and written communication skillsWilling to work extended hours and possible weekends during peak seasonsPhysical Requirements:Ability to walk a mile, climb steps/ladders and lift up to 75lbsBending and climbing in and out of the truckAbility and willingness to work outside in both hot and cold conditions
