OWL Services, a premier provider of service solutions across the U.S., is seeking a Petroleum Service Technician to diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical issues, install software/hardware, and perform emergency and scheduled maintenance. Travel throughout North and South Carolina is required.

Responsibilities include diagnosing equipment, providing stellar customer service, completing repairs promptly, and maintaining safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mechanical and electrical equipment knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair customer equipment.
• Provide professional customer service.
• Perform repairs and scheduled maintenance timely.
• Follow safety rules and guidelines.
• Maintain truck inventory and supplies.
• Keep truck clean and hazard-free; perform scheduled maintenance on vehicle.
• Submit neat paperwork outlining repairs and parts used.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and hardworking Petroleum Service Technician to join our southeastern team. Theservice technician's role entails diagnosing and repairing electronic and mechanical issues, software and hardware installations, and performing emergency and scheduled repairs and maintenance. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company. Must be willing to travel throughout North and South Carolina

• Effectively diagnose and repair customer equipment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a petroleum service technician.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mechanical and electrical equipment knowledge.
