Join to apply for the Petroleum Service Technician role at River Cities Builders Petroleum Services.

River Cities Builders Petroleum Services provides general contracting construction services, electrical services, building renovations, general maintenance, and petroleum underground storage tank removal, installation, repair, and maintenance services to private individuals, corporations, and government entities. Family owned and operated since 1996 in Kentucky.

A Service Technician installs, maintains, and repairs fuel dispensers, submersible fuel pumps, site controllers, credit card readers, cash registers, tank & line monitoring equipment, and other service station equipment. Skills to troubleshoot and resolve difficult problems are essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Work safely, complying with fire safety, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
2. Analyze and repair equipment, performing scheduled maintenance and factory modifications.
3. Maintain tools and follow safety and housekeeping guidelines at customer sites.
4. Resolve warranty issues, perform after-hours service calls, and conduct electronics, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance.
5. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring duties are completed cost-effectively.
6. Obtain and maintain OEM certifications; travel as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• HS Diploma or GED
• Computer operation skills; familiarity with Gilbarco and Veeder Root certifications preferred.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stand for long hours.
• Pass drug, background, and MVR checks if driving.
