Job Title: Service Technician

The Service Technician will possess a diverse skill set to troubleshoot and repair equipment related to fuel stations and convenience gas stations. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing fuel dispensers, submersible fuel pumps, site controllers, credit card readers, cash register consoles, tank & line monitoring equipment, among other related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work safely, adhering to fire safety, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
2. Diagnose and repair equipment issues professionally and efficiently.
3. Perform scheduled maintenance and factory authorized modifications.
4. Maintain tools and equipment necessary for job performance.
5. Follow customer safety and housekeeping guidelines during on-site repairs.
6. Resolve warranty issues on dispensers and tank monitors.
7. Perform after-hours service calls as needed.
8. Conduct repairs and preventative maintenance on electronics, plumbing, and mechanical systems of fuel stations.
9. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring tasks are completed cost-effectively.
10. Obtain and maintain manufacturer certifications.
11. Travel as required for the role.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• High School Diploma or GED
• Computer literacy and aptitude for learning new software
• Gilbarco Dispenser and Veeder Root Tank Monitor certifications preferred
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, with frequent bending, stooping, and standing for 8-10 hours daily
• Pass company background checks, drug screening, and MVR if driving
