Job summary

Jacam Chemical Company 2013, LLC is seeking a laboratory assistant to perform a broad range of chemical and physical analyses on petrol-fuels and chemicals. The role includes operating equipment to control chemical changes in processing, collecting data, and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from a two-year college or technical school.
• Minimum two years related experience.
• Be highly organized and able to follow a systematic method of performing a task.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Work in a laboratory environment wherein chemical odors may be encountered.
• Collect data, document test results, and assist in preparing reports.
• Complete and analyze all samples accurately (water, solid, etc.).
• Perform and complete various technical projects in laboratory.
• Inventory and order lab supplies as needed.
• Follow written lab procedures manual and update manual if changes in procedures are made.
