Job summary

NVIDIA's IT Storage Engineering team is seeking a Storage Deployment Manager to lead petabyte-scale storage deployments across on-premise data centers and major CSPs, from design through production hand-off. You will build automation pipelines and dashboards, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, high-performing storage infrastructure.

Qualifications

BS or MS in Computer Science, Storage Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of experience in large-scale storage architecture, operations, production engineering, or infrastructure.
6+ years of people management or technical leadership experience with storage, infrastructure, or site reliability teams.
Deep, protocol-level knowledge of block, file, object, and high-performance parallel file systems.

Responsibilities

Lead petabyte-scale storage deployments across on-prem data centers and major CSPs (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Engineer and maintain automation pipelines that integrate storage with CMDB, configuration management, and observability stacks.
Drive data center efficiency through power, density, and rack-space optimization strategies.
Develop self-service tools and dashboards for storage capacity, usage trends, and growth forecasting.
Collaborate with networking, compute, cloud, and data center teams to align capacity planning across NVIDIA.
