Augusta Ranch Animal Hospital in Mesa, AZ is seeking a friendly receptionist to welcome clients, manage scheduling, and handle transactions with compassion. You will support care coordination and pet wellness by communicating clearly and assisting the team with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred; flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Responsabilités

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, and reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain medical records, manage appointments, and handle transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and services to ensure best care.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence for clients and treat each pet with care.
