Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 1 year of program administration experience or 2 years postsecondary education with 3 years of program administration or event production experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PET and Theranostic patient workflows, ensuring prerequisites are met prior to imaging or therapy.
• Serve as liaison among referring providers, radiologists, APPs, technologists, nursing, radiopharmacy, scheduling teams, residents and fellows.
• Manage complex scheduling including radiopharmaceutical availability and multidisciplinary appointments; resolve conflicts.
• Review patient referrals and documentation to confirm clinical eligibility before treatment or imaging.
• Support reading room operations, monitor PACS worklists, and aid timely report turnaround in collaboration with the radiology team.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient access and workflow efficiency.
