Job summary

Duke Health Integrated Practice is seeking a Program Specialist for the PET and Theranostics Division within the Department of Radiology in Durham, NC. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 1 year experience in program administration or 2 years postsecondary with 3 years experience in program administration
• Knowledge of medical terminology (anatomy)
• Ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PET and Theranostic patient workflows and verify clinical readiness
• Serve as liaison among referring providers, radiologists, APPs, technologists, nursing and scheduling teams
• Coordinate complex scheduling involving radiopharmaceuticals and multidisciplinary appointments
• Review referrals to ensure patients meet clinical and procedural requirements
• Support reading room operations and monitor PACS worklists to aid report turnaround
