Texas Oncology is seeking a PET Technologist to join our team. This role supports the Oncology Medical Imaging Department at our 6204 Balcones location in Austin, Texas. The typical schedule involves four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with days off adjusted as needed for patient care.
This position offers a $5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus.

What does the PET Technologist do?
Under supervision, performs PET imaging procedures, collaborates on technical issues, and supports quality assurance, adhering to compliance standards.
Level 1:
Level 2: Minimum 5 years in nuclear medicine, with at least 2 years in PET or nuclear medical experience.
Level Sr: Bachelors in related fields, with at least 4 years of nuclear medical/PET experience.
Includes manual dexterity, lifting up to 50 pounds, patient handling up to 300 pounds, reaching, sitting, standing, and visual/hearing requirements.
Exposure to patients, blood, toxins, and radiation; accommodations available for disabilities.
