The Clinical Liaison is responsible for evaluating patients to determine if they meet admissions criteria, preparing development plans, conducting calls, and presenting to potential referral sources. This position must incorporate company values into daily practice.

The territory for this position will be Austin, TX.

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct proper pre-admission patient evaluations in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and develop the assigned sales territory by implementing, evaluating, and refining sales plans based on data, trends, market needs, and facility needs.
  • Coordinate marketing and public relations activities such as conferences, exhibits, seminars, advertising, media relations, and government relations as assigned.
  • Track sales activity, maintain client profiles, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Participate in program development initiatives as assigned.
  • Ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff by assessing risks and implementing appropriate precautions, complying with safety and infection prevention standards.
  • Maintain regular attendance according to the work schedule.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization’s effectiveness.

Minimum Education & Experience:

  • At least 3 years of healthcare experience required; healthcare sales experience preferred.

Required Licenses, Certifications, and Documentation:

  • Clinical licensure required (RN, RT, LVN, PT, OT, SLP preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current insurance are required.
