Pet Supplies Plus in Noblesville, IN is seeking a Store Team Leader to guide our store team and deliver neighborly service. You will lead by example, engage with customers and pets, and drive store results through planning, scheduling, and coaching.

The role requires 2+ years leading retail teams, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong Microsoft Office and communication skills. You will recruit and onboard staff and build partnerships with local animal communities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading retail teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Microsoft Office knowledge and strong communication skills required.
• Ability to operate forklift and lift up to 50 pounds; flexible schedules; drug screening; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team by example and engage with neighbors.
• Recognize community partners and host adoption events.
• Analyze store sales results and develop plans to maximize sales and engagement.
• Create a fun, positive environment and uphold neighborly, pet-centric service.
• Adhere to policies on animal care, safety, cleanliness and security; maintain strong audits and engagement.
• Manage weekly schedules to maximize productivity and engagement.
• Recruiting and onboarding for all store levels; foster learning and development.
• Partner with community organizations on events and marketing opportunities.
