Job summary

Hollywood Feed is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and improve customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, ensure store tasks are completed, and uphold our customer-first policy. This on-site role requires a 40-hour workweek, driving deliveries when needed, and participation in in-person meetings.

Compensation ranges from $19.61 to $23 per hour, with tips, generous discounts, and free pet food and supplements for team members. A High School diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service abilities.
• Ability to learn store products quickly and operate the POS system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team members and communicate with customers; follow Store Manager instructions.
• Manage daily tasks and direct team responsibilities.
• Conduct or assist with performance evaluations on request.
• Support in employment matters including disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Close the store 3 nights per week and attend in-person meetings.
• Safely operate delivery vehicle and fulfill Same Day Delivery orders.
