Job summary

Tractor Supply Company’s Petsense team is seeking a Team Lead to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving operational, sales and merchandising goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will help train Team Members, maintain a safe work environment, oversee daily planning, merchandise execution and live animal care, ensuring a memorable shopping experience for customers and their pets.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager with operational, sales and merchandising objectives.
• Provide outstanding customer service and promote a safe work environment.
• Train Team Members on policies and procedures and manage live animal care.
