Chuck & Don's Pet Food & Supplies in Minnesota is seeking a part‑time Supervisor to deliver exceptional service, assist the Store Manager, and manage daily store operations while upholding our pet‑loving standards.

You will share product knowledge, help customers, handle front‑end duties, maintain a clean store, and support merchandising. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and a passion for pets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for extraordinary customer service and the well-being of pets.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an exceptional experience.
• Assist the Store Manager in overall management of store operations.
• Share product knowledge and suggestions to fit customer needs.
• Perform front end duties such as cash register, bagging, replenishing merchandise, and displays.
• Organize and maintain a clean store front and stock room.
• Assist with markdowns, re-tickets, labeling products, and special store events.
• All other duties from the Store Manager or Retail Management Team.
