Job summary

Chuck & Don's Pet Food & Supplies in Roseville, MN is hiring a part-time Team Member to deliver exceptional service, share product knowledge, and keep the store orderly. You will help customers, process transactions, and support merchandising efforts.

Ideal candidates have a passion for pets, good communication, and flexibility for evenings and weekends. Experience in retail is preferred; training is provided. Join a friendly team that values pets and customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for extraordinary customer service and the well-being of pets.
• Professional retail sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to be educated about the products and services offered.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal and written.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an exceptional experience.
• Share product knowledge and suggestions to fit customer needs and promote pet health.
• Perform front end duties such as handling the cash register, bagging, replenishing merchandise, and preparing displays.
• Organize and maintain a clean store front and stock room.
• Assist with other projects as needed including markdowns, re-tickets, labeling products, and special store events.
• All other assigned duties from the Store Manager and/or Retail Management Team.
