Job summary

Hollywood Feed in Southaven, MS is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to greet customers, share product knowledge and support a safe, efficient store. You will handle POS transactions, stock deliveries, and help with inventory, while delivering Same Day Delivery orders according to policy.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers according to Hollywood Feed's established customer service standards.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of store products to effectively address customer and pet needs.
• Uphold respectful and open communication with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.
• Work efficiently both independently and collaboratively as a team member.
• Unload and properly stock product deliveries.
• Operate Hollywood Feed POS system, including opening/closing registers, creating customer accounts, processing transactions, and inventory management tasks.
• Participate in all scheduled Hollywood Feed educational sessions.
• Complete routine store maintenance and related duties.
• Safely operate company delivery vehicle and deliver Same Day Delivery orders as required.
