Qualifications

• Commitment to animals and their owners.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening.
• Proven sales and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of store products or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to operate or learn the point-of-sale system.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years' driving experience.
• Familiarity with biometric authentication or safety tech (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers per service standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store products to address needs.
• Uphold respectful communication with staff and customers.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Unload and stock product deliveries.
• Operate the POS system: open/close registers, create accounts, process transactions.
• Perform inventory management tasks such as cycle counts.
• Participate in scheduled trainings and educational sessions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and set up displays; update prices.
• Safely operate company vehicles and deliver Same Day orders.
