Job summary

EarthWise Pet in Washington state seeks a friendly Store Associate to deliver an exceptional pet-parent experience. The role blends customer engagement, product knowledge and daily store operations to keep shelves stocked and the floor welcoming.

You’ll greet shoppers, make thoughtful recommendations, assist with checkout, and support training and onboarding of new team members. Weekend, evening and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No minimum education or formal training required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing, walking, bending, and stooping for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, guiding purchases and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, well-merchandised store.
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale.
• Learn inventory, receiving, stocking, and shelf maintenance.
• Support store operations and team members.
• Participate in trainings and meetings.
• Assist in onboarding new associates.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
