EarthWise Pet is seeking a Store Associate to deliver an exceptional pet-parent shopping experience. You will engage customers, recommend products, maintain a clean, well-stocked store, and support day-to-day operations.

The role requires enthusiastic teamwork, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work weekends/evenings. Full-time or Part-time options with ongoing training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with computers; basic proficiency in Word, Outlook, Google Docs, Gmail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers from greeting to checkout.
• Provide product recommendations and maintain knowledge to support pet parents.
• Assist with inventory: receiving, stocking, facing, cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, well-merchandised store and update signage.
• Process transactions at POS with accuracy.
• Support store manager and onboarding of new associates.
• Attend meetings and participate in training.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
