Job summary

Hollywood Feed is hiring a Retail Sales Associate at the Windermere/Cumming location to serve customers and maintain a safe store environment, upholding our customer-first policy. This position offers an hourly wage of $15.00 to $19.00 plus tips and discounts.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, product knowledge, POS operation, stocking deliveries, and participating in training sessions. Drivers may deliver Same Day orders per policy.

Qualifications

• Commitment to animals and their owners.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Proven sales and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of store products or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to operate or learn the point-of-sale system.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years' driving experience.
• Utilize biometric authentication systems as required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers according to Hollywood Feed's standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store products to address customer and pet needs.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and manage transactions.
• Unload and stock product deliveries and manage inventory.
• Participate in store maintenance and educational sessions.
• Safely operate company delivery vehicle for Same Day Delivery orders.
