Job summary

Hollywood Feed in Mansfield, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager in boosting sales and customer satisfaction, upholding the policy: Do what is right by the customer.

The role is full-time, on-site with an hourly wage of $19.61–$23.00. You must work at least 40 hours weekly, lift up to 50 lbs, and possess a high school diploma, plus a valid driver’s license for deliveries.

Qualifications

• Commitment to animals and their owners.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Proven sales and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of store products or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to operate or learn the POS system.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years' driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team members and communicate effectively with customers; implement Store Manager instructions.
• Manage and direct daily tasks of team members.
• Conduct or assist with performance evaluations upon request from Store Manager.
• Support the Store Manager with disciplinary actions in line with policies.
• Close the store 3 nights per week; attend meetings in person.
• Safely operate company vehicle and deliver Same Day Delivery orders as required.
