Job summary

Hollywood Feed’s Tucker Meridian location is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and enhance customer satisfaction. You will lead team members, uphold service standards, and ensure smooth store performance according to policy.

The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $19.61/hr to $23/hr, with 40+ hours weekly, growth opportunities, and benefits including tips, discounts, and free pet food and supplements.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
Proven sales and customer service abilities.
Ability to operate or learn the POS system.
Valid driver's license with at least 2 years' driving experience.
Familiarity with biometric authentication systems and safety technologies.

Responsibilities

Work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Oversee team members and communicate with customers as directed by Store Manager.
Direct daily tasks and responsibilities of staff.
Perform timely performance evaluations when requested.
Assist with employment-related matters in line with company policies.
Close the store 3 nights per week.
Attend Assistant Store Manager meetings in person.
Safely operate company vehicles and deliver Same Day Delivery orders.
