Qualifications

• Commitment to animals and their owners.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Proven sales and customer service abilities.
• Ability to learn store products quickly.
• Ability to operate the point-of-sale system.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years' driving experience.
• Familiarity with biometric authentication and safety technologies.

Responsibilities

• Work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Oversee team members and communicate with customers; follow Store Manager instructions.
• Direct daily tasks and responsibilities of team members.
• Conduct or assist with performance evaluations on request.
• Support Store Manager in employment actions per policy.
• Close the store 3 nights per week.
• Attend Assistant Store Manager meetings in person.
• Safely operate company vehicles and deliver Same Day orders per policy.
