Responsibilities

• Greet neighbors with a friendly, pawsitively passionate attitude.
• Help customers choose the right pet food and products.
• Make product recommendations based on each pet’s needs.
• Operate the POS system, process transactions, and handle returns.
• Promote store specials, loyalty programs, and current offers.
• Stock shelves, manage inventory, and keep displays organized.
• Lift and stock bags of pet food and supplies.
• Assist pet parents with self-wash stations and explain the process.
• Restock bathing supplies and keep the store clean and welcoming.
