Job summary

Hollywood Feed in Carmel, IN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager by boosting sales and customer satisfaction, while upholding our policy: “Do what is right by the customer.”

This role requires a 40-hour work week, oversight of team members, and execution of store operations including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service excellence. Occasional evenings are required for close and meetings, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years' driving experience.
• Ability to operate the POS system.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to boost sales and customer satisfaction while following the company's policy.
• Oversee team members, communicate with customers, assist as needed, and implement Store Manager instructions.
• Close the store 3 nights per week.
• Deliver Same Day Delivery orders using the company vehicle as needed.
• Conduct timely performance evaluations upon request of the Store Manager.
