Job summary

Hollywood Feed is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at The Junction in Aiken, SC. You will support the Store Manager to boost sales and ensure excellent customer service, while upholding Hollywood Feed's customer-first policy.

Qualifications

• Commitment to animals and their owners is vital at Hollywood Feed.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Proven sales and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of store products or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to operate or learn the point-of-sale system.
• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years' driving experience.
• Biometric authentication and safety technologies are used in-store.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction.
• Work minimum of 40 hours per week and support daily store tasks.
• Oversee team members and communicate effectively with customers.
• Conduct or assist with performance evaluations as requested.
• Assist with employment-related matters and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Close the store three nights per week and attend meetings in person.
• Safely operate company vehicles and deliver Same Day Delivery orders.
