Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.
• Check pets in and out for scheduled grooming appointments.
• Schedule and confirm grooming appointments.
• Receive payments and provide customers with receipts.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with daily salon organization and customer service tasks.
• Follow company procedures for pet safety, customer service, and salon operations.
