Responsibilities

Drive regional chain growth by meeting/exceeding targets and ensuring training penetration.
Lead rollout and activation across assigned stores with reset and promo compliance.
Monitor store-level trends; identify opportunities to improve sell-through and execution.
Maintain KPI discipline: coverage, training frequency, resets, growth targets, CRM docs.
Execute in alignment with national priorities and partner objectives.
Develop and deliver structured trainings to district/store leadership.
Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to ensure cohesive market execution.
