Job summary

Pet Supermarket seeks a District Sales Manager to lead all activities and sales results across the district. You will hire, train and develop management teams to achieve growth, ensure customer satisfaction and product quality, while managing district financial performance and safety.

Responsibilities include staffing plans, training adherence, payroll oversight, performance evaluations, and driving a selling model across stores. Travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–3 years of retail district/multi-store management experience.
• Experience leading 10+ stores in a large retail chain is preferred.
• Strong coaching and performance-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop district management teams.
• Monitor store operations to meet standards and budgets.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction across the district.
• Analyze sales results and implement improvement plans.
• Coordinate with LP and Real Estate as needed.
