Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and motivate staff.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily resort operations and ensure safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Manage labor: scheduling, timecards, and labor cost control.
• Recruitment needs coordination with HR and onboarding staff.
• Supervise, train, and coach team members to meet company standards.
• Deliver premier service to guests and their parents in a safe, clean environment.
• Communicate with regional and corporate teams; coordinate with maintenance.
• Support training and completion of required courses.
• Handle corrective actions and terminations when necessary.
• Maintain inventory and manage calendars; MOD duties.
• Maintain customer service metrics like NPS and online reviews.
• Develop methods to increase sales and attract new customers.
• Perform opening/closing duties and weekend/holiday coverage.
