Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in a supervisor or management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on results.
• Comfortable working with dogs of all sizes, able to lift up to 60 lbs.

• Oversee daily operations and maintain standards.
• Manage labor, including scheduling and approvals.
• Train, coach, and support team members on company standards.
