National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking a General Manager for PetSuites Naperville in Naperville, IL. You will lead the resort’s daily operations, guest experience, and profitability, while guiding frontline teams to deliver outstanding pet care and service.

This role requires strong leadership, P&L ownership, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll drive a data-driven plan, manage budgets, and build local marketing and sales efforts to grow guests and retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of management experience with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Strong leadership and coaching ability; able to develop managers and staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and align with NVA mission, values, and objectives.
• Own resort performance against budget and KPIs; drive data-driven plans.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and local market plans to grow revenue.
• Hire, onboard, train, and retain a high-performing team across all roles.
• Ensure safety, pet care, cleanliness, inventory control, and regulatory compliance.
