Job summary

Pet Paradise in Sanford, FL is seeking a Resort Associate to care for our four‑legged guests, supervise play areas, follow feeding schedules, and keep suites clean and safe while reporting any concerns to management.

Qualifications

• Available for physical labor, pet handling, cleaning, and maintenance.
• True passion for working with animals.
• Cheerful, friendly, and team-oriented attitude.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work flexible hours.
• Willing to work days, nights, weekends, holidays and peak times.
• Receive instructions and adapt to training material.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and interact with pets inside the resort and in play yards.
• Follow feeding times, amounts, and type of food.
• Maintain cleanliness of suites and dog runs; disinfect and scrub.
• Empty trash, mop floors, and clean restrooms and common areas.
• Record important pet information and report injuries or concerns to management.
• Use proper dog handling techniques as instructed by management.
• Keep dogs secure and follow training safety policies.
