NVA Pet Resorts in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Pet Pro Lead to supervise daily pet care operations and coach team members. This hands-on leadership role works alongside the team, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and meticulous documentation are upheld.

You will oversee playgroups, boarding, and health reporting, enforce medication and feeding protocols, manage sanitation standards, and maintain a calm, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in animal handling and group dog supervision.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience (1+ year) preferred.
• Ability to coach and train staff and enforce safety standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train Pet Pros to meet safety and care standards.
• Monitor playgroups and boarding for safety and proper handling.
• Ensure medications, feeding protocols, and health reporting are followed.
• Oversee sanitation, cleaning, and inventory of pet care supplies.
• Maintain documentation and health forms, and report concerns.
