Job summary

NVA Pet Resorts is seeking a Pet Pro Lead to supervise daily pet care operations and coach team members. You will ensure safety, cleanliness, and meticulous documentation while working hands-on with your team.

The role reports to the Resort Manager and General Manager and focuses on frontline supervision of animal care operations, with a strong emphasis on leadership, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Pet Pros on daily care operations.
• Enforce safety protocols and proper handling techniques.
• Monitor playgroups, boarding areas, and animal interactions.
• Ensure medication, feeding, and special handling compliance.
• Maintain sanitation standards and inventory awareness.
• Oversee documentation and charting of health and care notes.
