Job summary

NVA Pet Resorts is seeking a Pet Pro Lead to supervise daily pet care operations, coach team members, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and documentation. This hands-on leadership role collaborates with management to ensure high standards.

You will train Pet Pros, monitor playgroups and boarding, enforce feeding and medication protocols, and maintain a calm, professional environment across shifts. This position offers growth opportunities within NVA.

Qualifications

• Experience in animal handling and group dog supervision.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience (1+ year preferred).
