Job summary

NVA Pet Resorts is seeking a Pet Pro Lead to supervise daily care operations, coach team members, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and documentation standards on the floor.

You will report to the Resort Manager and General Manager, lead frontline animal care operations, train Pet Pros, monitor playgroups and boarding, and ensure accurate health reporting and compliance during each shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in animal handling and group dog supervision.
• Confident in leading and coaching a team of Pet Pros.
• Calm and decisive in high-energy situations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daycare playgroups and boarding areas.
• Coach and train Pet Pros on safety, feeding, and handling.
• Ensure accurate documentation and health reporting.
• Maintain sanitation standards and monitor supplies.
• Step in to enforce standards and resolve safety concerns.
• Collaborate with Resort/General Managers on shift operations.
