Pet Paradise is seeking a Playtime Coordinator for our World Golf Village resort in Saint Augustine, FL. You will organize daytime dog play groups, supervise interactions, and ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for dogs of all sizes.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• True passion for working with animals.
• Ability to work in all-weather conditions (heat and humidity).
• Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and handling dogs of all sizes.
• Flexible to include days, nights, weekends, holidays, peak times.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with and monitoring dogs in play areas to ensure safe play.
• Maintain visual observation of dogs to balance attention and play.
• Minimize stress levels and manage aggressive or unusual behaviors.
• Follow management procedures for play level control and dog handling.
• Help with cleaning and maintenance of play areas.
