Pet Paradise in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a motivated Playtime Coordinator to oversee daytime dog playgroups at our airport resort location. You will supervise dogs, manage playtime, and help keep play areas safe and clean.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• True passion for working with animals.
• Ability to work in all‑weather conditions and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Comfortable around dogs of all sizes and physically able to handle them.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, pull, push and grasp.

Responsibilities

• Interact with and monitor dogs in play areas to ensure safe play.
• Maintain constant supervision of dogs in playgroups.
• Minimize stress and manage aggressive or unusual behaviors.
• Follow procedures and safety guidelines for playtime.
• Assist with cleaning and play-yard maintenance duties.
