Qualifications

• Must possess a state license for the state(s) employed.
• Must be CPR certified.
• ARRT and/or NMTCB registration required.
• Minimum one year of nuclear medicine experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and IV placement proficiency.
• Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods and assist patients.

Responsibilities

• Operate PET equipment to produce images and measure concentrations of radioactive isotopes.
• Perform all hot lab responsibilities.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the exam.
• Record patient data and forward PET data to Radiologist upon completion.
• Refilm cases as time allows.
• Clean and re-supply equipment and rooms as needed.
