Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to promote products and handle sales transactions.

Responsibilities

• Match the right pet with the right customer and meet the needs of both.
• Provide top-notch customer service and education on pet care.
• Educate customers on Petland programs and products to enhance the experience.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe store environment through opening, daily, and closing procedures.
• Assist in community service projects and support animal care activities as needed.
