Job summary

Jubilant Radiopharmacies, Inc. in Chicago (Northbrook), IL, seeks a Manager, P.E.T. Manufacturing Facility to lead PET production and cyclotron operations. You will shape operational strategy, ensure quality, and drive safety and continuous improvement in a patient-focused environment.

You will oversee a diverse team, manage budgets, schedules, and regulatory compliance while partnering with sales to support service agreements and client needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of PET manufacturing and cyclotron operations.
• 2+ years of leadership in operations or team management.
• Strong understanding of cyclotron theory, cGMP and PET drug production.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate regulatory environments and drive process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team and oversee PET manufacturing and cyclotron operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and drive operational excellence.
• Manage production schedules, inventory, and facility maintenance.
• Oversee budgets, expenses, and reporting with accounting.
• Partner with Sales to support client relationships and service agreements.
• Lead audits, inspections, and safety/regulatory initiatives.
• Supervise local fleet operations and safe transport of materials.
