Job summary

Jubilant Radiopharmacies, Inc. is seeking a Manager of P.E.T. Manufacturing Facility to lead operations at our Chicago (Northbrook), IL site. This role focuses on directing PET production, cyclotron activities, regulatory compliance, and safety-driven continuous improvement in a patient-focused environment.

The successful candidate will manage a diverse team, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with Sales and QA to ensure superior service quality and adherence to applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in P.E.T. manufacturing and cyclotron operations.
• 2+ years leadership experience in operations or team management.
• Solid understanding of cyclotron theory, cGMP and PET drug production.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team and oversee all aspects of P.E.T. manufacturing and cyclotron operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and drive operational excellence in a safety-conscious culture.
• Manage budgets, schedules, inventory, and maintenance in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Sales and customers to maintain strong relationships and service quality.
• Oversee quality, compliance audits, and regulatory inspections as needed.
• Supervise local fleet operations and ensure compliant transportation of materials.
