Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on PET radiopharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• Experience with cyclotron-based PET production.
• Strong communication skills with scientists, manufacturing teams and leadership.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bridgewater, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional PET radiopharmaceutical manufacturing projects.
• Identify technical needs, risks and roadblocks.
• Support cyclotron-based manufacturing and radiochemistry processes.
• Drive technology transfer and implement new manufacturing methods.
• Develop project plans, timelines and ownership for deliverables.
• Lead meetings, set agendas and track actions.
• Communicate progress, risks and priorities to teams.
• Escalate issues as needed to keep projects on track.
• Support transition from development to clinical and commercial production.
