Fetch is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate at our LA County Animal Care & Control partner site in Gardena, CA. You will convert opportunities into sales with a customer-first mindset and collaborate with partner staff to meet monthly targets.

The role emphasizes a strong prospecting ethos, relationship-building, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment, with a focus on providing animal caregivers and their families with comprehensive protection.

Qualifications

• Hold an active P&C license or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• 3–5 years of experience in an animal care role.
• Willingness to travel to industry events as required.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a consultative selling approach.

Responsibilities

• Sell pet insurance policies at partner location in Gardena/Carson, CA.
• Accurately recording prospect and customer information in Fetch CRM.
• Establish productive relationships with partner locations to meet objectives.
• Proactively identifying opportunities for new business with leadership.
• Collaborate with peers via chat to identify challenges and successes.
• Attend monthly company meetings or check-ins as required.
• Manage expense budget and submit reports monthly.
• Handle all administrative tasks related to the partnership.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
