Job summary

Fetch seeks a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to join our team at the Humane Society of Pikes Peak Region in Pueblo, CO. You will sell pet insurance policies on-site, demonstrate Fetch advantages, and record customer information in our CRM.

A passion for pets and a customer-first mindset are essential. Ideal candidates are goal-oriented with 3-5 years in animal care, able to travel to industry events, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is preferred or willingness to obtain one within 30 days at company expense (state requirements)
• 3-5 years in an animal care role
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable presenting Fetch and competitor pet health insurance products to customers

Responsibilities

• Represent Fetch on-site at partner location in Pueblo, CO
• Explain competitive advantages of Fetch pet insurance and build trust
• Convert prospects into customers and record data in Fetch CRM
• Build relationships with partner location personnel to meet objectives
• Attend monthly company meetings and participate in follow-up discussions
• Manage expenses and complete reports monthly
